I discovered Rolfing through a Rolfer in Vancouver when I was working there. Rolfing helped me a lot more than regular massage therapy. It helped me climb out of a time soon after I had a left-right whiplash and a lot of stress in my job. They lead to chronic pain, headaches, tension, and stiffness. Rolfing made a big, lasting, and positive difference for me, and resolved things like the headaches. I am a keen appreciator of the work done by Rolfing.

I live in the outer suburbs of the Lower Mainland. I was delighted a few years ago to find out there is a Rolfing expert who has an office nearby! So, I started going to Lorelle for my Rolfing needs. Since that time, her work has been very helpful for me in dealing with the effects of aging on my muscles and tissues.

So far, she has helped me with improved posture and alignment, and improved flexibility and range of motion. Among many other benefits, this helped my knee, which has some early-stage osteoarthritis. A current goal of mine is working on balance and coordination which Rolfing also helps with.

Not only is the work Lorelle is doing excellent, but she is also kind, communicates well, and is lovely to work with. She gives me lots of ideas on how to improve my health. Because she works out of her home, the cost of her appointments is very reasonable compared with regular massage therapists. Lorelle is definitely a long term part of my work in personal health and wellbeing!
